We accept both defective and non defective products.

At S.H Continental Marine, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.

After the initial 30 days period, our warranty takes effect. If your product becomes defective during this time, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Returns

*Eligibility for Returns:*
– You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your outboard engine to request a return.
– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or slightly used, and in its original packaging.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

*Non-returnable Items:*
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

*Refund Process:*

Refund processing time 10 days

– No restockage fee.
– Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, within 10 days.

Exchanges

*Exchange Process:*
