This outboard comes equipped with a 25 inch shaft, electric start with a manual pull rope and power tilt. The MFS9.9EEFTUL is also perfect as a kicker motor to assist and backup for semi and deep V hulls, as well as sail boats and catamarans.  Standard features include forward, neutral and reverse shift lever on the front of the engine, tiller steering and comes with an separate 3 gallon fuel tank.
